Student Field Trips

STUDENT FIELD TRIPS ~ Each year we arrange field trips for our students to visit herb plants nurseries, botanical gardens, wildflowers shows, and essential oils convention. An organic hands-on opportunity for students to learn more about organic gardening and how to idenify many plants that may be growing from their gardens. Along with that many students take a look at traditional herb gardens and explore many themed gardens. Students also learn how to use herbs, and explore different ways of preserving herbs in oil, vinegar, sugar, honey, and in medicinal tinctures. As well learn all about their medicinal and culinary properties through out the centuries. An ideal trip for our students to get intimate with herbs and other related species from our aromatic course curriculum.
